At Tamra Wires & Cables, our Control Cables are specially designed to carry control, monitoring, and signalling signals rather than high power. These cables act as the nervous system of industrial and infrastructure projects, linking control panels with machinery, switchgear, conveyors, automation systems, and instrumentation equipment. From a power plant turbine to a metro signalling system or a cement plant control room, Control Cables ensure accurate communication and safe operation.
Manufactured at our state-of-the-art Bhiwadi facility, Tamra Control Cables use annealed copper conductors with PVC or XLPE insulation, combined with a black PVC inner sheath, steel tape/strip armouring, and a tough outer jacket for protection. For sensitive applications, screened versions with copper tape or braiding are also available to eliminate electromagnetic interference.
Every cable is rigorously tested in our NABL-approved lab and complies with IS 1554 (Part 1), IS 7098 (Part 1), and relevant IEC standards. We also offer FRLS, LSZH, and fire survival variants to meet the stringent safety requirements of metros, airports, oil & gas plants, and commercial buildings.
With Tamra, you get more than just a cable — you get a reliable control backbone that ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of your systems. True to our vision: “Where copper speaks, power flows
