He holds an MBA in International Business from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, and currently serves as a Director in multiple companies.
Appointed on February 12, 2025, Mr. Vijai Kumar Srivastava currently serves as Whole-Time Director at Tamra. A results-driven professional with over 32 years of rich experience, Mr. Srivastava has consistently delivered operational excellence across various leadership roles.
His core competencies include managing strategic business units, manufacturing, maintenance, quality assurance, and ensuring safety compliance. He has led critical business process reengineering projects and achieved notable cost reductions and efficiency improvements during his tenure at SAIL , BALCO & KEC Intl.
Mr. Srivastava’s leadership has been instrumental in mitigating raw material costs, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational throughput. His academic credentials include a BE in Electronics Engineering, an MBA in Total Quality Management, and AMIE certification, equipping him with both technical and managerial proficiency to drive sustainable business growth.
Mr. Sumit Shah was appointed Director on February 12, 2024. With over 21 years of cross-functional experience, he brings valuable insights into strategic planning, project execution, and business development.
Mr. Shah has successfully led product development initiatives, expanded customer bases, and driven marketing solutions across domestic and international markets. He has extensive experience managing procurement, handling IEC-related work, and liaising with overseas clients across the USA, Europe, and Asia. He has played a key role in forming OEM joint ventures and strengthening supply chain networks.
An effective negotiator with a sharp commercial mindset, Mr. Shah is known for mentoring teams and aligning business goals with market strategies. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Export-Import (EXIM) Management.
