Self Solderebale (Bonded) Enamelled Wire
Self Solderebale (Bonded) Enamelled Wire

Tamra’s Self-Solderable (Bondable) Enamelled Copper Wires feature an outer thermoplastic bonding layer over traditional enamel, enabling a solid bond upon heating—eliminating the need for post-winding varnish. This simplifies manufacturing for certain coil applications.

Applications
Armature coils in power tools
Electronics and miniature coils
TV yoke and deflection coils
Continuous-transposed conductors and high-density windings
Applications where secondary insulation is impractical
